Last thing: I also note that the big tall build with the three massive wind turbines at the top at the Elephant known as the Strata still shows no sign of life where those turbines are concerned. I guarantee that some green faux energy deal was struck with Southwark where business rates were concerned or some sweetener like that based on low carbon usage due to harnessing wind energy. I believe the building has been there some yen years and those turbines have never so much as powered one bloody light bulb. The turbines were a fraudulent lei to gain low rate or planning permission. It really is disgraceful if I were a journalist I would love to investigate further.
