It depends where you are in central London. St James's Park, for example,
was only 1.9C at 0800, after a minimum of 1.4C.


Yes when I worked in London, it was amazing how chilly the parks got,
sometimes ground frosty but with nearby streets 5 degrees higher. My
experience was around High Holborn.
