Hmm, the report on South East Today mentioned in my other post wasn't what I
expected.

It looks like there was a funnel cloud / waterspout off Folkestone, with
some shaky video footage. There were apparently several reports from people
seeing water being sucked into it and there was an appeal for more info from
people who had seen the event.
