The high resolution satellite loop of "Isabel" is fascinating to watch

Many of the frames are only min minute apart. There are some strange
developments in the low cloud to the SW of the hurricane, just outside
the cirrus shield. Wind shear near the centre can be clearly seen from
the movement of the various cloud layers. It's as near as we can get to
watching it in real-time.
