That is my hunch too. I suspect that the continuing high pressure
dominated weather still has a few weeks to run before the atmosphere
finally gets it out of it's system. I'm going for a last fling of summer
in the first few days of October, low 20's possibly nudging 25C in the
south. Then by mid month autumn wind and rain sweeping in. Then
at the end of the month high pressure returning but this time with frost.
This then leads us in nicely into TWO's forecast of a cold November
