He's a lot smarter than he sometimes appears, as I've learnt by reading
his occasional pieces in the Telegraph.


His bumbling buffoon persona is just that, a persona. a carefully
nurtured and cherished one. Boris is a very clever, vary manipulative,
highly conniving person. Smart and dangerous.
