RMK: Snow is very slight. It may be 'snizzle' from the stratus.

RMK: The low cloud has gradually dispersed over the past hour.
A very raw breeze has sprung up. 11 cm lying snow which now
has a hard frozen crust.
09-09z: Tx +2.1 (1410z) Tn -3.9 (0255z) RR trace
15-09z: Tg -6.9 00-24z: Sun nil

RMK: Apart from a little early brightness it has been a dull,
grey and murky day. There was a little rain in early afternoon
but not amounting to anything. A slow thaw during the afternoon
but the fields are still pristine white, except where the
slurry wagons have been active :-) 10 cm lying snow.
Max temp +1.9 so far but it's still creeping up.
