RMK: Snow showers yesterday evening and overnight gave 3 cm
of fresh snow, sticky wet stuff. Total depth is 25 cm. It looks
like slightly less cold air arrived at about 0700z and the slow
thaw has resumed. The wind has also freshened since 0700z and
it's now quite raw.

Dry during daylight hours but mostly cloudy with only a few
brief glimpses of the sun. The cloud has dispersed during the
past half hour. There's been a slow thaw during the day but
not as much as yesterday. 22 cm of lying snow. Max temp +2.3
but falling now that the cloud has cleared and bringing a stop
to the thaw.
