RMK: Fine and clear. There's no signs of any overnight
showers. After an early frost yesterday evening the
temperature was above zero from 2000z till 0230z.
17 cm lying snow.

RMK: After a little early sun a Sc sheet has spread
across from NNE during the past hour. An icy breeze.
09-09z: Tx +3.0 (1410z) Tn -2.9 (0810z) RR nil
