This is a thread like any other and you can obviously do with it as
you will. But have you considered maybe starting a new one each
month to stop this one getting ever larger? (And especially given

There must be some confusion at your end.

I post a weather report three or four times a week and start a new
thread for each one. That is, I believe, how it is done. They each
appear separately on my computer, as do everyone else's daily (or
intermittent) reports.


John's using a Mickeysoft product with which to read the posts;
something was bound to go wrong. ;-)

I guess MS Live Mail is identifying threads according to the subject;
not a good idea.
