Astonishingly rapid changes - it was sunny and close to 15C only a
day ago. It is just miserable grey and wet 5C down in the vale of
York.
I deployed about half my compost heap before the weather switched.
Poor daffodils are looking rather confused again since the warm
weather brought most of them into flower just in time for another
cold snap.
It was Spring 1970(?) after a mild winter when then the daffs
around the Met Office came into full flower in February. March and
April were as cold, if not colder, than the winter had been and the
daffs seemed to go into a state of suspended animation and stayed in
flower into April.

I wear the cheese. It does not wear me.
