It doesn't say what the pollutants are or roughly how much of each.

I'll have the house hermetically sealed and hope there's no rapid barometric change or it could get expensive.

I don't know how I survived the 50's and 60's! But seriously, although
the pollution is there, surely it is less than in past years for the
same set of conditions? Perhaps nitrogen dioxide is higher due to sheer
number of diesel vehicles but with less coal being burnt here and on the
Continent and the overall improvement in vehicle emissions it is hard to
imagine it as dire as is being portrayed.
