Camborne would warm up very quickly if the current N sea breeze in that area turns SE, but I would have thought that unlikely. The north coast sea breeze is strongest in the afternoon, and given the temperatures now developing just inland, it would take a big increase in the gradient E - SE wind to prevent it.

Sea breezes have already developed widely, SW at Plymouth, N at Camborne & St Ives, F1 ESE at Penzance. There's enough east in the gradient wind to source the air for Penzance from off the Lizard, rather than out to sea, hence the sun & warmth.

South coast fog all day, on and off. I'm not sure David Brain on 'Spotlight' was talking about the same South Devon coast on which I live!
