RMK: Sc layer is quite thin with moonlight penetrating easily. Stars
visible through holes on the cloud.
O'night min 1.3 at 0400z. Between 0400z and 0500z there
was a 4-degree rise in temperature and a 3-degree rise
in dew point. It looks like a warm front went through. No
precipitation.

RMK: St layer is very thin. Sky appears to be mostly clear above it.
24-HR STATISTICS: Max (0900-0900): 7.8 at 1300z
Min (0900-0900): 1.3 at 0400z

RMK: A few holes in the cloud now and again but it's now gloomier
than it has been all morning.
