There were ladybirds out foraging in our garden yesterday. And I suspect
at least one pair of starlings here have started building a nest!

I have to say this very quietly so as not to upset the bird lovers.

Our 6 month old cat made her first kill some ten days ago - two nestling
Robins.
Now that is very early to be nesting.

And keep a look out for that other sign that spring is on its way - the
first squashed hedgehog!
