RMK: Spells of slight rain since dawn. There was a spell of
mod/hvy rain during yesterday afternoon and evening with rates
up to 17 mm/hr.

RMK: An almost completely cloudy day with only 8 minutes of
sunshine recorded so far. Spells of slight rain through the
morning gradually petered out by early afternoon. There was
a decidedly cool breeze during the morning. Max temp 9.8 so
far.
