A maximum of just 15.4C this afternoon and a rather brisk WNW wind made

That wind was on the cold side whilst walking along the beach this
afternoon despite the strong sunshine. It was good to get out of that
and seek some shelter.
Today was the coldest 31st of May since 2007 (15.3C).
Hopefully all this nonsense will be over in a couple of days and
something rather more respectably warm will allow me to get back in the
hammock.
Here's to a long, hot, sunny and humid summer (good sea warming stuff)
with a few thunderstorms thrown in to keep the countryside a bit green.
Anything like 2013 or last year would be OK.
If I told you once I told you lots of times
You must be Dawlish if you want a poem that scans and rhymes as well.
It's all about volcanoes with what you get, Lambda Fronts with cold and wet.
A sign of the times which is what you get.
A weird snow fall out of season storm.
And it has been that way since Adam was born.
You would think the Met O would know by now
They must be run by whom I can only guess
I don't want to be insulting but I've started now.
Are they all Dawlish that live that way?
As scientists go they're a perfect shower.
