RMK: A muggy morning. The sky has a very unstable look, perhaps
best described as looking like low-level castellanus.

0900z 23004kt 20km 1Cu020 5Sc035 16.3/13.4 1011
RMK: A lot of cloud so far this morning with only occasional
sunny intervals. The unstable look to the sky that was apparent
earlier has gone completely. It all looks very flat now.
09-09z: Tx 20.7 (1530z) Tn 9.6 (0355z) RR nil
18-09z: Tg 7.5 00-24z: Sun 10.9
