If you want to get all theoretical about it, then you are right.
But you can get all philosophical about it too, the very nature
of our very existence. How do we know for example that the
universe is as we think it is and we are not really living in a
Matrix type world where we are just plugged into a machine
and everything we perceive as 'reality' is just an illusion?

Like I say, it all gets a bit philosophical
