My window is open all year from -9C outside to +29.8C outside (my highest
temperature recorded up here), unless it is very windy. Just cannot sleep
without fresh air. I do keep curtains drawn during summer days to stop
heat building in the room but once night time temperatures get above 14C I
struggle to sleep as my whole body, especially my feet feels too warm. I
have the same problem camping on the rare occasions I holiday in hot
places. The perfect bedroom temperature for me is 10C.

Anything below 15°C is a bit chilly for me for sleeping. I don't really
have
an upper limit though. I'm fine at 25°C. All that stuff you hear on the TV
forecasts in hot spells about it being uncomfortable for sleeping doesn't
apply to me. Just sleep above the covers!
