I was on the bus yesterday, it stopped just outside the city centre, a
black man, got on the bus he could only say one word, “council".

What use is he to this country? He can't work, he has trouble accessing
medical services, he can't understand what's written on food packaging.

Only immigrants that have a reasonable grasp of English should be
allowed into this country.

We all know why he wanted to go to the council, free accommodation and
free money paid by the taxpayer.
