Lawrence was moaning about the hype surrounding this heatwave a few days
ago, always an unwise thing to do prior to the event. Anyhow, as things
turned out we have just had the hottest July day on record (on the 1st as
well) and the third hottest day *ever*. A truly sensational day and most
certainly deserving of some 'hype'.
Unfortunately the only place Lawrence can go on this one is to not
properly believe it and imply that the readings are some how in question.
