RMK: Spectacular thunderstorm approx 0130-0200z. Very frequent lightning
and lots of very loud thunder. Torrential rain with a max rate of 90 mm/hr
at 0155z. Thick fog this morning till about 0800z with vis down to 100m
for a time. The sun is trying to break through the cloud sheet now.
09-09z: Tx 24.2 (1440z) Tn 13.8 (0215z) RR 14.7
18-09z: Tg 11.7 00-24z: Sun 10.0

RMK: After the early fog and low cloud it turned out a day of broken
cloud and sunny periods. Very warm this afternoon with a max of 23.5 but
it's much more comfortable this evening.
