Oh the irony! This from the man who suggested Lawrence leave the newsgroup a few years ago: the first time I'd ever seen someone suggest such a thing on Usenet. Hypocrite.

Personalities aside the beauty of it is that you can ignore the noise and just discuss the weather. The group did seem to be losing its attraction but there are still too many experts on here to be able to ignore it - opinions of whom help greatly in my continued learning of meteorology.
