Have to go back to the 22nd June for a maximum here to be below 20C. Much
warmer than expected today - up to 26C, but clear and fresh and most
pleasant.

Lucky you, we've had 14 days since 22nd June below 20c, which includes 14.1c
on the 22nd and 14.4c on the 8th July!
July has gone downhill since the very warm start, mean temp now close to the
1981-2010 average of 15.6c.
Sun hours are not great either, averaging around 4.5 hours a day. We've only
managed 8 dry days out of the 21 so far.
Ah well maybe Summer will return next month
