That's impressive, I've not seen that before I like the advancing
thunder 'front', moving at the speed of sound!

It says 'real time' but there must be some delay, perhaps it's of the
order of 15 mins like the rainfall radar.


The delay is displayed top left, currently running at about 6-10
seconds. The data is from

but with a different display. That site can tell you how the data is
gathered and, if you're interested, how you could take part.

I did see that but considered the time shown to be far too short to receive, process and send out the data.
