4th tropical storm of the season has formed in the Atlantic but, as far
as I'm aware, it's the first standard one of the season, i.e., formed
from an easterly wave travelling west from Africa. It’s predicted to
continue to grow with max winds of 85kt by the end of the
forecast period (T+120).
