Thanks, with reservations - it threw up a very abrupt message ordering

However I did download the relevant pdf.s - problem is I wish to order
whatever book from work (Social Services) and the Treasurers' don't do
CWO.

However, since this is a very common procedure with LAs and they do
supply Educational packs, is there a contact email address or phone
number
whereby I can check ordering procedure please?

the latter is the 'all-purpose' email contact - they'll redirect as
