Today is the tenth consecutive day of measurable rainfall for here.
There have only been two completely dry days in the last 15. Not all
complete washouts of course and sometimes pleasantly warm though often
cloudy. There have also been three murders locally in largely the same
period, unrelated to the weather though, I believe.

No rain here today and there have been 7 dry days out of the last 15.
Apart from the 23rd (when 45 mm fell), most of the rain has been fairly
light but it still has made the total mount up.

As far as I am aware there have no murders here locally for the last 15
days. In fact, the last trouble that I know of was of an 'altercation'
in the church a while ago. Other than Sid's bike being stolen from
outside the village pub a few years back (everyone still talks about
that) I think we have been murder free since I moved here in 2005 )
