It *does* feel colder - coming out to my car on a damp, cloudy, 8deg morning
is much more cold feeling than a -1 still, sunny morning!

Was recently in switzerland on top of a mountain at -12, and, honest to god,
I was colder back in blighty at a rainy heathrow at 9 degrees!
