RMK: Not a good morning to be on the roads :-(

RMK: The fog is slowly thinning. It's not very deep and the
sun is clearly visible. There's blue sky above the fog. The
Cat and Fiddle webcam shows that it has been clear and sunny
with a deep blue sky up there since sunrise. That's about
200m higher up than here.

RMK: What a difference a day makes! The fog burned off around
1000z. We were then back to warm sunshine from a deep blue
sky. It looked as if we were in for a repeat of yesterday but
a very slight S'ly drift set in around midday and this brought
the fog rolling back in around 1330z. We've had thick fog
since then. Max temp 15.0
