Default Lovely sunny Day

Lovely day down here in the far SW.

The rain cleared before dawn, and although there are a few sharp showers
around it's been mainly sunny here with great visibilty and a very light N
wind. Max Temp (so far) 9.3 It made such a change waking up to clear blue
skies, I had to take a couple of photos.
See www.easterling.freeserve.co.uk/sunny.html

Those of you up country in Devon can keep your rain & sleet, please don't
send it back westward. I know how much you like cold bleak conditions.

Give me sunshine
25 degrees
Light offshore
4-6 ft clean surf......

25 degrees !!! that would be quite hot in Haytor.

Actually we had a nice afternoon too Graham. Dry with sunny intervals and very
clear air. Rain stopped around midday here, didn't see any sleet at my level.

Temp now 3.3 deg C at 1745 and fine but rather cloudy. Max 6.1 deg C, so just
0.6 below normal.

As for daffs, mine are all of three inches tall, a long way from coming out, as
they should be. Jan/Feb is far far too early.

I'm looking forward to the March snows if we get any. Spring can wait till April
when the Spring flowers should come out.

Cheers,

Will.
