RMK: A clear, crisp morning with a moderate hoar frost. There's
still some patches of lying snow. The temp has been below zero
since 1945z yesterday evening.

RMK: No sunshine due to thick middle/high cloud. There's a
moderate hoar frost and still some patches of lying snow.
09-09z: Tx 2.9 (1405z) Tn -1.9 (0105z) RR 0.3
15-09z: Tg -4.4 00-24z: Sun 0.7

RMK: Extensive middle and high cloud during the morning with the
cloud steadily thickening and lowering during the afternoon. No
sunshine. It has been dry all day despite what the radar imagery
is currently indicating. The SW breeze that has sprung up this
afternoon is decidedly raw. The remaining snow patches have been
very reluctant to thaw today and there's still remains of drifts
to 10-15 cm. Max temp 2.7
