RMK: A dreich morning with persistent slight to moderate
rain. The wind has dropped away to almost nothing.

RMK: Continuous rain throughout the daylight hours,
mostly mod/hvy. The rain ceased around 1645z. 23.9 mm have
fallen since 0900z. After quite a cold start the temperature
eventually reached a high of 10.8 though there was no
obvious warm front. The surface cold front went through
at about 1545z.
