Are there barographs available which plot the first derivative of the pressure

I have a German barometer which shows only the first derivative. But it
isn't a barograph.

Not a derivative I know but three hour tendencies can be plotted on a
chart and lines of equal tendency can be drawn - known as isallobars,
IIRC. Isallobaric charts can be useful in predicting the movement of
depressions.

I'm not too sure if rate of change of pressure is all that useful -
presumably it would give a nice pulse when a cold front goes through
but most of the time it would just hover around zero.
