In truth, I would bet many places in the Western Highlands, Lake District and Snowdonia have experienced more than twice that amount, judging from what ive seen on the radar, and pix of floods across the UK.

The rainfall radar accumulation estimates on Newweather are currently
showing over 250mm in the last 24 hours for many high level places in
Western Scotland and the Lakes, with over 200mm already in parts of
the Lakes in the last 12 hours.

Even low level Lancaster may have had 60-75mm so far but I've no idea
how accurate the radar estimates are.

I've been downloading data since midnight and have quite an area of white pixels indicating accumulations of over 150 mm up to 1630 UTC.
