RMK: The St began to break up around 1130z. It looks as if it will
all be gone by about 1300z

1500z SW F1-2 3500 HZ 2St008 07.3/03.6 1023
RMK: The sky was completely clear for a while but there's now a
very solid bank of stratus to S and SW. The rest of the sky
is still clear. Max 8.1 at 1425z but now falling quite
quickly.

1800z E F1 3500 HZ SKC 02.2/00.8 1023
RMK: Cars are icy already but roads and pavements are dry,
except where they have been gritted.

2130z E F1 2000 HZ SKC -00.4/-01.2 1024
RMK: Hoar frost on grass and cars but untreated roads and
pavements are dry
