Presumably many stations in the south of England have similar
readings,which will not really be reflected in the CET stats....
Up to 11:00 on the 31st (so I don't expect these stats to change the
final averages):
Mean minimum = 9.2C
Mean maximum = 13.5C
Mean = 11.4C
The makes the anomaly around 4.0C above my very estimated LTA. This
makes December's mean temperature warmer than Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr and
November of this year.
There have been no air frosts, not even close to one. This might be a
first for December but I'll have to check.
