Using the Central England Temperature Series (CET) Monthly Mean, I have plotted the rolling averages over the following period lengths.

Red Line - 1 Year
Green Line - 5 Years
Purple Line - 10 Years
Dark Blue Line - 20 Years
Orange Line - 30 Years
Light Blue Line - 50 Years
Pink Line - 100 Years

The graph starts at Dec 1969, so the Pink 100 years line effectively covers the whole period from 01-Jan-1870 through to 31-Dec-2015.

The graph in A3 PDF format can be viewed by clinking the link below on MyCloud. Hopefully this will prompt a healthy, but polite debate.
