RMK: Fog throughout the morning and into the afternoon. Since
about 1530z the vis has been just above fog limits. Slight
drizzle for much of the day and this afternoon there's been
occasional bursts of proper rain. It's been very dull again
with a need for lights indoors all day. Max temp 5.6
