It felt quite spring-like in the SE today. As well as being very mild,
there wasn't much wind and - although mostly cloudy - it was a lot
brighter than a lot of days that we've had this winter. In my part of
Surrey there were even a few fleeting glimpses of sunshine.

Similar in Shropshire. When I was on my lunchtime run I was
sweating like it was a summer's day! Temp was only 12.5 but dew
point was comparable to a summer day.
