Sadly, if you look at the map to see what area is covered by the yellow
warning, you'll see that only parts of Essex and Kent are covered, and
not London:

Quite right as well. The snow passed right through my part of Essex and
I could see my car windscreen, being right in the teeth of the NE'ly ,
had got quite damp. Glad I was warned because unless the DP drops I
might have to use my wipers in the morning.
