Default More stupid snow warnings.

The point you appeared to me to be making was that there was a
yellow warning issued for London and the South East, yet the map

London and the South East. Yet when I looked at the map, the
custard splat was covering northwestern parts of the Met Office
"London and South East" region - admittedly only a tiny part of
the region, but affecting it nonetheless.

That happens here too.
You will get a snow warning for NW England when in reality it's really a
NE England North Sea snow shower situation where the warning area just
happens to stray over the border in a high pennine area.
But awarnig for NW England nevertheless!
