England and Wales this week

Here in North Devon, i went to the post box early this morning, in
strong gusty winds and a heavy burst of rain.

It's been raining all day today.

Plus it may continue to rain for another 24 hours or so yet

Mild it may be, but wet. Much needed rain too !!
