By the way, had you all realised that Charlie Cornwall-Windsor is getting
married in a couple of months time?
The BBC doesn't seem to have given it much air time, so I thought I would
mention it in case some of you had missed it:-)

Gianna. Have we finally caught you out with the pathetic British sense of
humour?
Sorry, but you missed my :-)
Ah. *blush* yes you did, and well done for doing so (-:
Many Brits have an irreverent indifference to our Royals, but I'm sure you
had already noticed.
Yes indeed. Italy used to have Royals but is cured of them now.
In recent years they were allowed to return (as 'ordinary' citizens) and
a documentary was on tv about them (RAI). I thought them to be unpleasant.
The UK Royals seem a little more 'human' and much less offensive.
I do have the strong belief that people should be allowed to be happy if
they can. I found it very sad how vindictive some people have been
today (I read some of the posts on the bbc news site about C and C).
No offence intended to anyone of any nationality or persuasion (royalist
/ republican). Just my own thoughts.
