RMK: Overnight snow showers have left 1cm of wet snow on the
ground this morning. Roads and pavements are clear. The snow
looks like it has been on the ground for some time so the
showers were probably early in the night.

RMK: A couple of slight sleet showers since dawn then a heavy
snow shower started about 10 minutes ago. Accumulating
rapidly on all surfaces. 2cm lying snow.

RMK: Occasional snow showers till early afternoon. Some of
these were mod/hvy giving temporary accumulations of 1-2cm.
Most of the lying snow melted in sunny intervals between
the showers but it has persisted where it drifted along the
walls. Later in the afternoon the showers turned to sleet and
soft hail and this has now evolved into steady moderate
sleet. Not a nice evening! Max temp 4.6
