0630z 27005kt 2000 -SN 8St004 -00.1/-00.2 988
RMK: Heavy rain started around 2130z yesterday evening. It
turned to sleet around 2230z and probaby to snow around
0030z as there was a sharp fall in temp at that time.
The temp didn't fall below zero till 0625z. There's 4cm
of lying snow but it's pretty wet stuff. Roads and
pavements are slushy but it is starting to settle properly
now that the temp has dropped below zero.

0900z 28003kt 1500 -SN 8St004 -00.3/-00.4 987
RMK: The snow is getting a bit heavier and is now close to
moderate. Settling on all untreated surfaces. 5cm lying snow.
09-09z: Tx 5.4 (1555z) Tn -0.4 (0805z) RR 19.4
15-09z: Tg 0.0 (under snow) 00-24z: Sun 2.5
