The low humidity must help but as you say it is quite unusual with such a marked NE'ly flow in March.
Despite the sunshine the air is distinctly cold (max here 8°C) and quite cutting. However, Stav Danaos assured me that the wind would "take the edge off it". If he believes that he's bonkers though no more so than other presenters who have perpetrated the same solecism. I think they're training to be footballers and have had their brains removed as preparation.
