Just uploaded a time lapse video I put together of the eastern sky above
the Otter Valley on the 13th April.
The video is from dawn until dusk and each second represents two minutes
of real time. The whole video is 5 mins 44 seconds long.
It starts with mist but that abruptly clears around 07:45 to blue skies,
sunshine and medium and high level cloud. Interesting to see the shadows
caused from the higher cloud race across the lower cloud (altocumulus?)
as viewed from 'underneath'. The fluidity of the clouds is quite
mesmerising.

Great stuff Nick, what caught my eye though was the lack of leaf on the
foreground trees. Don't know what they are ,but here in suburban Essex
some of the horse chestnuts have small candles forming ,and even the
oaks are quite green.
