Blizzards in England? Good agreement in ensembles.
I'm wondering if I have planted out my greenhouse tomatoes too early :-)
Probably a lot of cold rain and wind low down, but above 200 metres???
If only it was January!

Snowy in Shropshire this morning. 2-3 cm full cover at 0500z, but
rapidly melting now with only a few patches left in the shade. It
would've been my latest "snow lying" day, had it hung around.
Plenty left on the high ground above 250 metres.

That's bad luck!
Just sunny with a chilly wind here. T +5.1C at 0950.
I almost recorded a snow lying day in October in 2003 - so annoying when
it melts quickly. Still, early days yet!

I'm beginning to get hope that we *may* have a good summer this year :-)
